I ______________ HEREBY CONSENT TO: Participating in the research being conducted in the City of Progress. I will be staying in my given residence for one week and will not try to escape from the city. I will follow the rules given and briefed to me before hand, and I agree to follow such rules. I know if I break the rules, the contact may become void and penalties and punishment are very likely. I will not harm anyone on the research staff and destroying their data is also not allowed. I know if I abuse my powers and or abilities, the researchers have the right to deal with me accordingly. I know that killing another participant is also not allowed and will have similar punishments. I know I have the right to file formal complaints and grievances against the research staff at any time at research headquarters. If I want to leave the city and return to my world, I know it will take at least five (5) business days and a written reason why I no longer am willing to participate. I know if I resign, I will be kept in a high security room with no contact from other participants and only my assigned legal representative and or a research project manager will be allowed contact with me. I also know if I follow all the rules, I know my payment will be one wish of my choice. I understand that my wish will only be granted after I fully completed my duties in the city. I also understand that wishes may only apply to my given home world and may not affect the world of other's.
