WE ALL HAVE TO FOLLOW SOME RULES TO GET OUR REWARD


GUIDELINES TO LIVING IN THE CITY OF PROGRESS

1. While we let you keep your unique abilities and powers, the hostile use of powers against anyone on the research staff will not be tolerated and will be dealt with immediately.

2. Escaping or breaking out of the city will make the contract void. This means you will not be able to return to your world for at least five years due to cross-universe diplomacy and regulations.

3. Entering the research headquarters is not allowed unless an invitation has been extended and proper identification and clearance is on hand.

4. Destroying research data may have penalties as severe as making the contract void.

5. Not having fun or forming relations with others could lead to consequences. ( ｡◕‿◕｡ )
